Creating invisible Folder

If you want to create a invisible folder (check the picture) do like this:
1. Make new folder.
2. (Method one) Rename it, and with numpad write 0160 while pressing alt at same time.
2. (Method two) Open Character Map (winkey + R and write charmap.exe), and in start choose the 'empty' place.

3. Right-click folder, and choose properties.
4. Choose the 'Customize' tab and press 'Change Icon'.
5. Choose 'imageres.dll' and navigate to almost middle and choose the 'empty' icon again.

6. Click OK and OK.
You are done!
